Events, schedules, and registration in one place

A multilingual website for a spiritual community in Vilnius, combining the public schedule, event registration, participant management, and automated notifications. Visitors find the right date quickly, while administrators work with the calendar, lists, and feedback through a simplified panel or Telegram bot.

Connect the public schedule with everyday administration

The programme is prepared weeks and months ahead, while visitors need to see current events and move easily between dates. Several administrators edit schedules, process registrations, and handle feedback. The product brings these workflows into one system, synchronizes different schedule views, and automates operations that would otherwise be performed manually.

From a visitor calendar to administration tools

Home-page calendar

Navigation controls let visitors explore future days and weeks without cluttering the page with past events.

Complete schedule editor

Administrators can open weeks or months of plans on one screen and edit them without navigating through each calendar day.

Two-way synchronization

The complete schedule and individual day entries remain connected: changes in either representation update the other.

Custom administration

A simplified panel manages administrators, participant lists, feedback, and the schedule archive.

Concurrent-edit protection

A schedule is locked while one administrator edits it. The lock can be released from the account or expires automatically.

Automated archive

A scheduled task moves the previous week into the archive so visitors see only current and upcoming events.

Email and Telegram notifications

Scheduled reports deliver meal registration totals and recent feedback to the responsible team.

Administrator Telegram bot

The bot displays and edits registration lists and lets administrators review or delete feedback.

Invisible form protection

reCAPTCHA evaluates visitor behaviour and filters automated submissions without puzzles or extra interaction.

Lithuanian and English

Navigation, forms, and content are available in both languages and remain consistent when switching.
