Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

This policy applies only to the FormaCode website and interactions with prospective and current clients. Separate software products may have their own privacy policies.

1. Who processes your data

The website is operated by Pavel Borisov under the FormaCode name.

For privacy enquiries, email contact@formacode.dev.

2. Data we may process

When you visit the website, the server may automatically receive your IP address, request date and time, requested page address, browser and operating-system information, and technical error data.

When you use the inquiry form or contact us directly, we may process your name, selected contact method and contact details, project type and description, estimated budget and timeline, links and submitted files, correspondence, and contractual or payment information needed for the engagement.

Please do not send special-category personal data or other confidential information unless it is necessary for the project and has been agreed in advance.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to operate and secure the website, answer enquiries, discuss requirements, prepare proposals, enter into and perform agreements, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on consent, pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or FormaCode's legitimate interest in security and business correspondence.

4. Cookies and analytics

The website uses no advertising or behavioural trackers and no third-party analytics. Google reCAPTCHA v3 protects the inquiry form from spam. When the form page is opened and submitted, Google may receive an IP address, browser and device information, interaction data, and cookies needed to assess risk. Use of reCAPTCHA is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Service providers and disclosure

The website and email may use infrastructure provided by netcup and email services provided by Timeweb. Google processes technical data for reCAPTCHA, while Resend receives the inquiry content and attachments to deliver them to the FormaCode business inbox. Providers receive only the data needed to perform the relevant service.

FormaCode does not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or to a contractor who needs it for agreed project work and is required to maintain confidentiality.

Providers may process data in the countries where their infrastructure is located, including outside the user country.

6. Retention

Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are normally retained for no longer than one year after the last message. Project correspondence, inquiries, and submitted materials are normally retained for up to three years after the engagement ends.

Contractual, payment, and accounting records may be retained longer where required by law. Technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security and diagnostics.

7. Security

Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used. No method of internet transmission or storage, however, can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, correction, deletion or restriction, withdraw consent, and object where provided by applicable law.

Email contact@formacode.dev to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting to protect your data.

9. Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the website, working practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page.
